Make Minecarts Great Again

i would love to see not just faster minecarts, but chained minecarts. chain is in mc and carts too than why we dont have chained carts? also there should be a "crossrail" works like connects 4 rails in the middle. and connection depends on placement order. power crossrail with redstone to change connection. also there should be copper rails. they work like powered rails but oxidise slowly. also powered rails could have doubled speed buff and non-oxidised copper rail have a speed buff half of powered rail. and furnace in minecart have to be buffed like: any fuel can be used, more speed buff etc.
