Shorter distance for villagers taking jobs

I think it should only be like 5 blocks to accept a job! I play with my brother and my villagers keep getting jobs at his house or my iron farm that’s a hundred blocks away!

    FR especially in bedrock edition i have a villager breeding farm and they keep taking jobs from mu trading area
