I believe that copper armor currently has no particular purpose. That is why I propose adding the ability to charge
copper armor elements on a lightning rod. It would work as follows: during a thunderstorm, you throw a copper set element onto the lightning rod. When struck by lightning, this item becomes charged with lightning, similar to a charged creeper. 1 lightning strike = 1 charged copper armor item. So, such armor may not have any properties at all, and the decorative part may be enough for a unique detail of this armor. But if you want to create a use for it, such armor should reflect a large amount of damage. “Hitting charged armor partially electrocutes you,” which increases the damage. Similar to spikes, but stronger. I think this is a balanced idea, because copper armor has low durability, and this way it will have some meaning.
