Boat update

I think itd be an amazing and refreshing addition to both decorative and practical builds by adding a boat update that allows mid to late game players to create a form of portable base. Though with a build limit on it as to not make it over powered. I think itd add alot of character to decorative building aswell as a refreshing way to travel the oceans without getting sick of it
