Worlds with Packs won't load

If you tried to load a world with a resource/behavior pack added, it will not load and you'll see a message saying "The pack "pack name" can't be loaded, restarting the game or redownloading the pack may help" even if the pack was downloaded from the marketpalce.

I am having same issue. I can not play any worlds or create new one's. I have removed and redownloaded still no go.I have been having this issue since mid December 2025.
