OFF HAND FEATURE FOR MINECRAFT PE

It is time to introduce off hand feature for Minecraft pe as same as java....Minecraft pe is always quite difficult as compared to java... Off hand will be helpful for us.. For this you can add a separate button to use off hand.

    Hopefully it is a button for all Bedrock players, including console.

    This is very practical idea, if you have doubt that it would be difficult to operate for some old players you can add a optional choice to switch it on from game settings just like hud control setting. So that both choices and both java and bedrock players can play conveniently.please think about this concern and try to add till 1.21.7 update
