Dual welding in Pocket and Bedrock edition

Brothers you can add dual welding in Minecraft bedrock and pocket edition but why you don't you can add a new button to use offhand and add a new slot for dual welding left to main hotbar, when we tap twice on it we can swap items! This would be very good please also add feature for dynamic lighting without any mods and add-ons this would be very big help for "Bedrock and Pocket edition" players Thanks
