Nether food

The nether is very fun, but there are a few things that it lacks (I'm not talking about the water!), one such thing is food. Sure, you can get porkchops from hoglins, but that's just about the only source of food in the nether. I suggest nether crops, perhaps a red variant of the watermelon that can be found naturally in crimson forests and can grow faster if planted next to a lava source block, I don't know, but I think we need edible crops in the nether. If nether crops are added players should also be able to use a hoe to till netherack and nylium, then the "nether farmland" could become "wet" when near lava, similarly to regular farmland near water, it might also become "unfarmable" (or something like that) when near water, making plants likely to die randomly when planted on it. Only nether crops would grow on nether farmland, and overworld crops wouldn't be able to grow on nether farmland. Also, some (or all) nether crops could give the player the fire-resistance effect after being eaten, making nether crops more rewarding.
