Remove the start screen like in Exploration white

When starting the game (Minecraft) the starting page with the menu is displayed and it takes a long time until one can start playing. The same applies when changing, deleting and creating terrains.

In Exploration White, for example, the player can start playing from the last location\terrain where he or she left the game without displaying a starting page.
