Make new seatables like chairs

I don't mean like real furniture, more like make that stairs can be used as chairs, like in the plugin /sit but in real Minecraft.
I find this feature really cozy and nice, and I don't understand why Minecraft still to this day doesn't have a seatable for no utility purpose (minecarts, boats)
