[Anodized!!] Titanium to round out the tools!

Since emerald is a definitive no, and I personally don't want just another grey metal, I figure it would be a beautiful set of tools to add if we did add titanium in its anodized form! Anodized titanium is a colorful metal that could make brilliant tools and building blocks. I am, of course, proposing that it just be called "Titanium", but have it be colored as if it was anodized in the game (without needing to put it through that process). It isn't far fetched — diamonds aren't really cyan.
