Balance Sapling

Jungle sapling is so scarce jungle biome deforestration is inevitable. having this mentality people end up choosing not to replant jungle trees. it gives bad impression in players to disregard jungle. and it takes hope of players to ever reforest jungle. By increasing drop rate of every tree to have a product sapling return rate of approximately 200%-400% invertedly proportionate to the wood return rate AND increasing time for larger trees to grow by approximately 8 mins for short tree to about 24 mins for mega trees. same goes with bone meal having 8 to 24 bone meal depending on leaf and wood mass this can be executed by adding additional growth stages for tree to about 4 to 6 (with oak stage 4 sapling have chance on developing to a tree or proceed to stage 5 to try to develop to a large oak) (4x4 saplings also neglects growing to a tree on stage 4, having to only potentially grow to stage 5+) and also growing on it's specific biome, it gives 140% boost on bonemeal and 110% on each tick growth optional: (this can be done for crops as well) optional: swamp oak tree should be it's own tree, maybe cypress. (can be added with swamp village)
