Add the block "Slate" from Education Edition to Bedrock Creative Inventory

I suggest adding the block "Slate" from Minecraft: Education Edition to the Creative Inventory in Bedrock Edition.

This block has a unique texture and educational value, and could be useful for builders who want more visual variety in stone materials. Making it available in Creative mode would allow players to use it in custom builds, educational maps, and themed environments.

If the block already exists in the game files, enabling access in Creative mode would be a simple and impactful improvement. Otherwise, porting it from Education Edition would enrich the building palette and support crossover between editions.
