A fill block

This block would be a command block used for creative mode. You would need make a shape that would need to require filling place the "fill block" and place the block you like to fill the space on the fill block and the blocks would be removed but makes the space filled. It'd only work with layers it's currently on so you'll have to place more fill blocks above and below to fill in waves easier.
