New Item: Signal Horn

Introduction:
Minecraft players love communication tools in multiplayer. A signal horn would combine atmosphere with redstone utility.

Main Features:

  • Signal Horn crafted from copper + a goat horn.

  • When blown, emits a loud sound and sends out a short-range redstone pulse (like wireless redstone).

  • Can also alert nearby players (similar to note blocks, but audible at greater distance).

Gameplay Impact:

    I suggested wireless redstone that uses three dyes to differentiate frequencies, and I think that signal horns should be crafted with a goat horn, a copper ingot, and three dyes.
