New Plant: Thorn Bushes

Introduction:
Minecraft needs more natural hazards in the overworld. Thorn bushes would provide a small challenge and a useful resource.

Main Features:

  • Thorn Bushes spawn in savanna and desert biomes.

  • Deal half a heart of damage when walked through, similar to sweet berry bushes.

  • Can be harvested and replanted for farming traps with shears.

  • Drop thorns that can be crafted into arrows or tipped arrows.

Gameplay Impact:
Players gain a new defense mechanic for survival bases, and deserts/savannas feel more dynamic with added plant life.

    Could you get them more some way? For example, could you plant the thorns, wait them to grow and break them to drop more thorns?
