A official app for mods and shaders

There should be a official app on mobile and on consoles and PC we could get a official app with actual mods and shader people can publish there mods and skins also textures it would be a great future to Minecraft I know we have add-ons but they are just knock off versions of the real mod us bedrock players and Java player should get easy access to use mod and shader and make Minecraft a more fun and better game.
