Pyrite, chisels, and other fun items

While I'm not the first to suggest pyrite itself, I think it would be a great additon. Along with some other smaller ideas that could be fun to use in game. There's a few key features I think could be really fun for pyrite Pyrite should be immediatly identifable by the player, and more common than gold. The textures can be similar, but should have enough variation to make it easy to spot via the eye. Here's some ideas that I feel could make Minecraft even more fun than it already is. 1. fake gold armor and tools. Do less damage than actual gold, but have higher durability good option for when you're in a pinch. 2. Pyrite themed items, some ideas being lanturns, candelabras, and decorative blocks for building (like cut copper has) 3. A feature in which you can take any mined ore and shape them into your own creation. Via a chisel or something similar. Players could make statues of their favorite mobs, flowers, or even other in game players. 4. Other ores I would love to see added are, rose gold, rubies, and sapphires. 5. the ability for players to make items via ores like rings, necklaces, that can be worn and enchanted with special effects.
