Frostbite Enchant

Most Minecraft players are familier with the fire aspect enchantment, but fire aspect can only be applied to swords. Because the axe has now become a viable combat tool, I propose we add a cold counterpart to fire aspect. The frostbite enchantment! When applied to an axe the weapon will apply the freeze status effect to the target, the same effect that powdered snow inflicts on it's victims. Ideally this wouldn't immediatly cause freezing damage, but overtime, if frequent hits are sustained the player could get frostbit!
