Add the function to throw a throwable item to the allay

Having the Allay throw non-throwable items would be interesting, but it would be ideal if the Allay could actually use throwable items (like splash potions). For example, if there are hostile mobs, the Allay could throw a potion to freeze or debuff them. This ability could be tied to its "secret slot."
