Mapping for the nether and the end.

I've always enjoyed making a world map for the overworld and would love to add on to such and do the same for the end and the nether to make my builds and world more solidified and bringing the dimensions together. It would also help keeping track of builds and special spawns in the other dimensions. A map room of all dimensions would be really cool.
