add copper beacon suupport with more features

add copper beacon base support with different featured like more power without oxidation etc

    Copper is just too easy to get for this to work. Also, the player would have to break into their beacon to scrape the rust off. If the player could use waxed copper, it would be too easy to just have a full beacon.

    I'm for it. 

    Iron is already almost as easy to get, and but insofar as copper is easier the need to wax balances it out. 

    Also beacons/nether stars are generally late game items that you have to kill a lot of hard monsters for, so the base material isn't the real bottleneck.
