“The Difference Between Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition”

In Minecraft Java Edition, players can hold a wide variety of items in their off-hand. However, in Bedrock Edition, only certain specific items can be held in the off-hand. Why does this difference exist? If Bedrock Edition allowed players to hold a variety of items in the off-hand like Java Edition, it would make gameplay much more convenient! It would also make enchantments like Mending far easier to use. I really hope that Bedrock Edition will allow us to hold all kinds of items in the off-hand! Many people in the Minecraft community feel the same way, as seen in the comments on Minecraft videos. Please consider implementing this feature.

    The feedback deserves more votes, because we need an equality between both version of the game and it be cool if we can potentially hold all kinds of things in our off-hand in Bedrock edition.
