自然に生えている樹木についてですが、アカシアやマングローブ等、地面に接していない部分や枝の端から切り株のような断面が覗くのはおかしいと思います。断面のない樹木ブロックがすでにあるのですからそういった断面の見える部分は断面の見えない樹木ブロックに置き換えるべきだと思います。
また現実では水中の岩にはコケ（藻）が生えています。既にある苔を転用して水中用の苔も追加した方がよいと思います。
