XP Bottle Rework

Since XP bottles are kinda outdated why don't give them a new feature? When XP points are on the floor and ready to be collected you can right click them having an XP bottle in your hand, this way you can fill your bottles and use them over time! When you use one , the item will drop 1 bottle shard. By putting 3 together in a crafting table, you will be able to create an empty XP bottle that can be filled, repeting the cicle. The max of XP will be half of your current XP level ( the higher level, the most XP given) so like this it can be a reliable end-game item.
