Imagine a family where each person owns a Nintendo Switch and a copy of Minecraft. They don’t want to play online or use split-screen—they just want to connect and play together locally.
That’s why I’m requesting Local Wireless support for Minecraft on Nintendo Switch. A mode where one player can host a world and others join directly—without needing Wi-Fi or internet.
The Nintendo 3DS supported this kind of local wireless play, and the Switch is much more powerful. It should absolutely be possible. Please consider adding this feature to Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Switch—it would make local multiplayer so much more accessible and fun.
