Bedrock achivements

So in java edition you can open cheats and get achivements right? And in bedrock edition why you cant get achivements while having cheats on I play keep inventory true and get achivements in java but I cant do it on my bedrock world because of that i died on my bedrock world and lost everything I think it needs to change
