Additional friendly witch mob

It occured to me that potions could not be buyable except for the wandering trader. There should be a friendly witch mob who could trade you potions of varieying types who is found in hut like structures in varying biomes. potions would be bought at the rate of one per player each day and would be purchased with emeralds alongside varying magic pr potion making items.
