New Weather Type: Overcast

I would love to see a new weather type in Minecraft: Overcast. This weather would create a slightly dimmer atmosphere than a sunny day, but brighter than rain. Hostile mobs would not spawn during overcast weather, and players could enjoy a soft ambient sound of the wind. Overcast weather would add more immersion and variety to the game’s environment. It would provide a calm, peaceful alternative to sunny or rainy weather, making the world feel more alive and dynamic.
