Painting fix

Adding the ability to make paintings indestructible either with commands, or making them indestructible in adventure mode, OR making deny blocks prevent paintings from being broken. Being a map creator, this could be helpful from preventing cheese in maps, and still be able to have nice decoration. Possible in bedrock and Java?
