Over world quartz

This idea is so if u dont feel like getting destroyed in the nether and everything is attacking u in the nether and your just sick of trying to mine quartz with all of that happening. I feel like a less dangerous way but still a dangerous way is to find them in the over worlds caves and high mountains. Even tho u might have cave mobs all around u, at least u dont have so much lava to fall into from the mobs and getting fire balls coming for u too. We can still get quartz from the nether, but we should have them in the over world too. But, the over world quartz would be just as rare as emeralds. But it's still an ore u could find.

    But why make it be rare, quartz isn't that useful anyway and I never mine it becouse it's not worth the trouble it is to obtain it.

    I'm the one who created this idea, just saying so anyone knows it's me. I feel like if they make quartz armor and other stuff. People can look in the over world and the nether. So both have the thing your looking for.
