The wool golem would be summoned by placing a carved pumpkin on top of a block of wool and then placing a wool carpet on top of that (the wool carpet must be the same color as the block of wool) the golem will be 0.8 blocks tall and will be the same color as whatever wool was used to build it, however it will be dyeable. The golem will move slightly slower than the player's sprint speed and will sheer sheep with wool the color of the golem itself, but if there are no sheep nearby with matching the color of the golem it will sheer sheep of other colors as well. Once the golem's inventory gets full (its inventory will only be able to hold two stacks of wool) it will place the wool in a chest (the chest could be any type of chest other than an ender chest). If the golem finds a villager with no bed the wool golem will collect some wood and craft a bed for the villager and then place the bed near the villager at night. The golem will also collect wheat from chests (and from the ground if the player drops it) it will then use this wheat to breed the sheep that match the golem's own color or sheep of other colors if the wool golem has wheat but no sheep matching its own color are present. The golem will also be able to "talk" to other golems using strange noises and body language, possibly even asking copper golem for wool and wood when it needs it to make a bed for a villager.
This seems like it would be a really helpful and fun addition to Minecraft without being overpowered.
