Enchantment to increase mining speed while riding a mob or vehicle

Something similar to aqua affinity, perhaps enchanted on the leggings. An enchantment that brings mining speed while riding a mob or vehicle to the same speed you would have when mining or block-breaking on foot. Been using the happy ghast for vertical builds and it would be a nice quality of life to not have to dismount for my mining speed.
