I've read so many similar post as this one, but let me make it clear why it's a good idea...
Native voice-chat on minecraft bedrock would be a step up for a more immersive interaction between friends and on servers. Java can already do this using the Simple voice chat mod, but in bedrock it's not possible unless you create a third party client the way a hack client is made, but that would be against the rules as you know it. Using Discord and any calling applications would be a memory and performance problem for many players, especially bedrock players, also it's not as immersive like the mod for Java.
I'm thinking about a optional toggle button on the settings to enable voice chat, maybe with a push-to-talk keybind and a new on-screen button for mobile devices...
If not possible natively then at-least maybe make a system that supports addons to make a voice chat for everyone.
