A new desert end biome while still keeping a wasteland-ish feel, just as Mojang intended the End to be.
Generates on smaller end islands (not the really small plates, just smaller end islands).
Covered with a mix of endstone and Amber Sand, which is just red sand but a bit more yellow.
Something like new Chorus cactuses can generate here, which look similar to chorus plants, but are more wider than they are tall, and could glow a nice amber color.
Cliffs generate here, giving the biome more elevation over the other end islands.
New mobs like End Phantoms, or even normal phantoms, can spawn here, acting as vultures. They could even spawn with nests on the cactus branches, which creates a specificized radius for how far these Phantoms could travel.
