Bedrock edition feature like java

Ok i am a minecrafter fron 2016 to now and i only have a phone so i cant play java edition Its okay i play bedrock but java have very important features unlike bedrock espically: 1/Placing blocks on nether roof 2/ achivements cant be earend in every world 3/many other languges like java (arabic one of them)
