Make the 2 versions the same in content

Add all the bedrock features java doesn't have like the colored cauldrons, the floating minecart roller coster on soul sand and water, the deny and allow block, the border block, impaling working with mobs being in water or rain, the bedrock wither behaviour (charging the player and breaking everthing on its way), the bedrock bridging and most importantly the delays in repeating command blocks (so much useful), the ticking area command and other useful commands AND all the java features bedrock doesn't have such as the attributes commands (you can't change anything without them), the ability to the bedrock client to visually generate block over 319 if they are (useful for java servers with higher blocks limit) I'm pretty sure this isn't even half or all the things to make the parity complete but this would be already increadible.     I forgot to add the F3 menu in the list java features to add to bedrock
