Enchanced enchantment

Enhanced an enchantment can be applied to all tools armor etc. Increases enchantibility of an item (and can be used on an enchanting table even after being enchanted) after the enchanced tools armor etc. has been used again in enchanting table the enchanced enchantment would be removed from the tools armor etc. Enchanced I= increases enchantibility by 1 Enchanced ii= increases by 2 Enchanced iii= increases by 3 Note: these cannot be found in enchanting table and can only be found in netter fortress Enchanced I= 80% chance Enchanced ii= 50% chance Enchanced iii= 15% chance Please Mojang I have other ideas as well for enchantment they are great plz accept this one
