More weather/ atmosphere vanilla

I think there should be more weather (e.g not sun or rain, but cloud, mist fog, etc) its not a lot and would feel very vanilla. Additionally i propose something i call "particle birds", which would be like animated particles appearing as birds, to make it seem more atmospheric and immersivelol
