Thick Vines

Thick vines would be a full block, which could be crafted from nine normal vines. When mined by a tool that doesn't have silk touch, it would drop 8-10 vines, and it could be mined faster with a sword or axe. Unlike normal vines, they couldn't be climbed.

Thick vines would also be found naturally in jungles and dark forests. This would be to create a sense of these biomes being overgrown, and ideally the vines would grow high enough in some places that players would need to cut their way through.
