Add dungeons Capes to Minecraft Java & Bedrock

We should be able to use the capes we have on the Minecraft: Dungeons account linked to our Microsoft account. Me and I assume many others really like the Minecraft: Dungeons capes such as the Hero Cape and Sinister Cape, I've always been sad that they are Minecraft: Dungeons exclusive and even more after the game was discontinued. And it's very simple to do, other than the capes being able to be torn and stuff (I think).

    as someone with minecraft dungeons' wider array of capes, some of them would be really nice to have in minecraft proper!!
