Happy ghasts need to be breedable

Currently players have to craft happy ghasts, but I suggest being able to turn normal ghasts into happy ghasts and then breed them. I'll let mojang figure out the exact mechanics, but the current way of obtaining happy ghasts makes very little sense, though I am fine with still being able to find dried ghasts in nether fossils.

    I think it would be better to breed happy ghasts into ghastlings, but still works fine. I like the idea.

    It says that you'd be able to breed them. And it does make sense for ghasts to be able to become happy ghasts, if a happy ghast can become a normal ghast it should wok the other way around.
