First, apologize for the grammar. I'm a Spanish speaker. I've had a great idea that's been floating around in my head for years. Maybe it's been talked about before, but I don't want to die without sharing it. Adding gas blocks in Minecraft. What would it be like? Same as the water block, only instead of going down, it would go up... Maybe it's transparent or just barely visible. If you're standing in the gas stream, maybe it won't do anything to you, except explode into flames when you place a torch (maybe fire appears where the gas was, and the block explodes... if you have a parrot, it will warn you). If you stand on the gas block, it will start doing suffocation damage. There may be chambers filled with gas, just as small pools of water appear, which, if you place a torch on them, would generate a bigger explosion. If you grab the gas, you can use it for things that float. The gas blocks would generate negative blocks. Do you like the idea?
