Soot, Soot Tags and Choking effect

It would be a The End block, placing a full or non-full organic block in the Upper End (above y=192) would eventually turn it into soot block or soot tag respectively, the soot block if the player runs or fall on one would instantaneously break it creating a soot smoke that if it touches the player gives the choking effect, not allowing the player to eat or drink anything while the effect lasts, same thing with the soot tags, that would break just with the player touching it, the soot tag would look like a full black "cobweb" with small black bulbs in the texture, and using the soot block in the brewing stand you can make choking potions.
