add vibrant visuals to Java

Hello Mojang. I am a Bedrock and Java player, can you please add VV (Vibrant Visuals) to Java? I mean, with VV it looks better, but for VV in Java, you have to use a shader pack.

Could you please add it? :D

    they will in the next major update possibly or in 1.21.10 because no way that in 1.21.9
