Can copper have a power?

Copper blocks are beautiful, but right now… they mostly just sit there. What if they could conduct real redstone power during storms? When lightning strikes a Lightning Rod, the energy flows through connected copper blocks, briefly powering redstone components nearby. Oxidized copper would conduct less effectively—shorter range and shorter duration—adding a fun maintenance twist. This would turn storms from just a cool view into an exciting opportunity for redstone projects. Please consider—it would give copper a real role in survival beyond decoration. 🙏
