Increasing Clouds Level to Y=320 instead of Y=128

Hello Minecraft, I was wondering if you could add this update which would really enchant realism: The problem is in Bedrock Edition, the clouds level is at Y=128, which is less then the building height limit, so if u build a tower let’s say, more than 128 blocks tall, it will be higher than the clouds, which isn’t logical. My idea is if u can increase the clouds either to the building height limit which is Y=320 or Y=400 which would be more preferable. This idea is just to make Minecraft more realistic, Thank You.
