Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Obsidian Pressure Plates

Obsidian pressure plates would could only be activated by players. Obsidian pressure plates would also stay activated for a few seconds after the player gets off it.

These could be used for player specific traps and could also be used as a sort of timer as well.

The crafting would be the same as a n average pressure plate but with obsidian. But a crying obsidian variant could also be crafted, it would have the same usage but it would look a bit nicer.
