Weaken the wither on the bedrock and transfer it to the java.

Now, wither in bedrok too much powerful, but on the java, on the contrary, it is weak and boring. In bedrock it would be nice to reduce the damage while keeping the interesting abilities. Then, the weakened boss should be transferred to the java edition.
