Redstone Lantern

This one has been suggested a few times before, but i'm inspired by the upcoming copper lantern and I'd like to suggest something a little different for redstone lanterns. Redstone lanterns are decorative lighting blocks just like the other lanterns. They have a dimmer light level of 8 (similar to a redstone torch). On top of this, this redstone lantern would have a special interaction with redstone--a randomized signal strength! When a redstone lantern is placed, moved, or powered, it outputs a new random signal strength from 1-10. Making it way easier and cheaper to build contraptions with elements of chance.
